To get the best performance, match your gel packs to your cooler size and trip length.

Recommended minimum per 24 hours of use:

• 1 × Size 2 Gel Pack per 20L of cooler capacity

or

• 1 × Size 4 Gel Pack per 40L of cooler capacity

EXAMPLES:

• 20L Cooler: 1 × Size 2 Gel Pack (minimum for 24 hours)
• 75L Cooler: 4 × Size 2 Gel Packs or 2 × Size 4 Gel Packs per 24 hours

For best results:

• Pre-chill food and drinks before packing
• Pre-cool your cooler with ice or gel packs
• Swap in fully frozen gel packs as you load your food
